In this role you will:
Actively participate in all Talent Acquisition initiatives directly in link with the Target Operating strategy ( such as Campus strategy, Creating a global panel of Headhunters, Employer Brand actions, and Career website harmonization of job titles & adverts.
Operations and Administration
- Perform effective and efficient TA operations to ensure high-quality delivery of recruitment for the business and notably
- Execute consistently Talent Acquisition operational tasks including Oracle system workflow
- Handle headhunter related administration, contract with providers, invoices with finance team
- Reporting : Track daily, weekly, monthly, pre-defined metrics and maintain an efficient reporting at all
times
- Monitor that the SCOR career platform, LinkedIn, and other platforms promote SCOR employer branding
Change Management
- Elaborate & propose SLAs along with team( including thought sessions with the team & HR BP)
- Monitor the new gouvernance of job adverts on our career website and take corrective actions
whenever necessary
- Participate in creating brand awareness thru attractive job offers, sharing content and taking part in employer branding events
- Manage and maintain partnerships with key universities in the region Team participation
- Participate during staff meeting & projects assigned
- Share best practices
- Engage and share with the help of storytelling and know the market trends.
- Participate in different employer brand process influencing our reputation as an employer among job
seekers, employees, and key stakeholders are maintained at all times.
Build a performant panel of Headhunters
- Partner with TA with a list of globally mapped headhunters to build a performant panel for business requirements
- Participate in the creation of a Tier1, 2, 3 Panel Headhunters
- Propose a delivery model that is qualitative and efficient Campus Management
- Propose intern & apprectice recruitment strategy for all functions at the regional level
- Take initiatives, propose diversified strategies and optimize the visibility
- Organise to participate University and Actuarial Society’s career fairs with hiring managers
- Participate in the establishment of the graduate program
Required experience & competencies
**Experience**:
Prior experience in the fields of Talent Management, Reporting, and Search firms
Personal Competences:
- Detailed and meticulous mindset
- Strong in problem-solving and situation analysis
- Resilient and positive in facing challenges and setbacks
- Excellent communication skills in both written and verbal English and French
- Working with PowerPoint & Excel pivots is a must
Required Education
- University Degree holder or above
