As **Manager, Shopper & Category Development**, you're part of the Global Commercial Strategy CoE, you will support the Shopper and Category Development group function, with accountability for the development and the implementation of transversal category development tools and approaches, across all categories, channels, & regions. **As such, you will**: - Build transversal global selling stories on key identified topics to facilitate local customer meeting preparation including corporate presentation, horizon strategy plans, top-to-top approach, sustainable development topics - Build standardized global approaches and tools on category management levers to facilitate best in class local in-store implementation & increase the shopability of our products - Build training programs on category development and identify some key category management capability topics in partnership with the sales capability team with the objective to increase local team capabilities - Identify global retail & shopper insights through internal or external sources of information with the objective to build regular reports & summaries that can help building our product category strategies & our selling stories - Actively engage with the global category management community across the globe making sure that our tools are available to all using our various communication platforms and identify & share best-in class local practices that can bring key learnings for the organization **You'll have**: - 5+ years' professional experience in consumer goods, including at least a significant Sales or Marketing Experience, and a good Category Management - Category Management technical skills - Good knowledge of panel data, ability to analyze insights from various sources of information - Strong analytical & problem-solving skills - Responsibility, reliability and autonomy - Strong interpersonal, selling skills and capability to communicate - Good team player, ability to animate and influence transversal teams - Strong written & verbal communication skills - Exposure to international working environment and ability to work in a multi-cultural environment - Fluent English BIC is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
