**Role**

As a Business Operations Manager, you’ll ensure that the business (people and processes) works smoothly, efficiently, and productively. You will work with all functions within the company (Finances, Sales,) and have a role of an intermediate, a “bridge” between the company leadership and all other functions across the countries.

**Responsibilities**:

- Lead and supervise all global cross-functional company initiatives to ensure “on-time, on-budget and on scope” delivery, taking into account the operational needs and defining the statement of work.
- Put in place an audit process to determine if the existing systems are working well, and revising them if not.
- Liaise with the leadership team to make decisions for operational activities and set strategic goals.
- Responsible for directing actions across the organization to improve efficiency by defining and putting in place the right operational and financial KPIs.
- Plan, manage projects, monitor and direct day-to-day business operations activities and coordinate across different functions and countries.
- Assess overall performance by gathering, analyzing and interpreting data and metrics.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in Business Operations management, technology implementation, project management or similar (5-10 years experience)
- Education in Information Systems / Computer Science is a plus
- Previous experience at a high-growth B2B scale up or SaaS company
- Experience building and executing change management strategy, including developing the training, tracking progress and analyzing results
- Experience in system integration (finance, sales, support)
- Experience in system administration **(Salesforce and NetSuite are a must have)**:

- Ability to drive multiple projects in a cross-functional environment while managing key stakeholder expectations and timelines
- Excellent communication skills and relationship builder
- Strategic, data-driven thinker
