General information:Organise et supervise l'ordonnancement, la planification et la gestion des projets, dans un objectif d'optimisation et de coordination de flux de produits et d'information, selon les besoins et les imperatifs de couts, delais et qualite.Responsibilities:. Etre un acteur incontournable du developpement du projet Baseline (portee des travaux, cout et echeancier), et etre leader de ce projet du lancement a sa finalisation. Fournir en temps et en heure aux responsables hierarchiques une analyse de la gestion de la valeur acquise, des informations prospectives, fiables et completes sur l'etat du projet : calendrier, avancement, planifie, reel, previsions, ressources et productivite, tendances et risques. Suivre le projet et verifier que toutes les activites de travail essentielles ont ete identifiees avec suffisamment de details pour servir de base a l'elaboration de calendriers de projet realistes.. En etroite relation avec l'equipe projet : definir la repartition des couts, les etapes clefs du projets, les previsions, calendriers.. Fournir des informations pour optimiser les ressources. Etablir des rapports d'avancement & de productivite et les communiquer regulierement aux differents acteurs afin de les informer sur l'etat d'avancement du projet, ainsi que sur tout ecart ou probleme. Your background:. Vous etes titulaire d'un diplome de Bac+3 a 5 dans les domaines de l'ingenierie. Vous justifiez d'une experience reussie en qualite de chef de projets ou charge d'etudes plannification dans le domaine de l'energie. Une experience dans le champ HV/DC serait un atout. Sens de l'organisation et competences en gestion de projets multisites, notamment le controle des echeances. Capacite a structurer les activites et le planning de facon efficace et pragmatique. Bonnes capacites de communication avec un esprit de synthese (attitude positive et motivee, polyvalence, curiosite, adaptabilite.
