The Product Specialist is the link between Sales and the Product Development Unit. With his / hers in-depth HIS product knowledge and process understanding of a medical practice of any size, he/she supports the sales process of new and existing customers. He / her also acquires reference customers and takes the ownership for the implementation success.

Tasks
- Reports directly to Sales Director FSC
- Responsible for product demonstrations online and on-site
- Create project concepts for customers, delivers technical documentation
- Handles tender / RFQ together with the Sales Director
- Participates in product development for FSC requirements, together with VISUS R&D Teams

- Key Account role for Key Customers in FSC : follow project implementation together with Service Team, discuss product expectations with customers, reports to product team in Germany - Consulting activity for the Service FSC Team.

Skills
- Significant experience in a similar position
- Experience in the e-Health sector, mastering the challenges and the state of the art
- Technical IT skills and comprehension of the HIS
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Excellent command of spoken and written French and English, German would be a clear asset
- Ability to work independently and take initiative.
- Analytical mind, methodological approach
