**Description du poste**:
Le PMO, en vue de la mise en place d'un ERP sous la responsabilité du Directeur Délégué de l'Audit des Finances et de la lutte contre la Fraude (DDAFF), aura pour mission de coordonner et de soutenir efficacement la gestion de ce projet complexe, parmi les plus ambitieux - sur un plan technique, fonctionnel et organisationnel - pour l'Assurance Maladie dans les prochaines années. Son rôle déterminant dans la réussite du projet implique une vision traverse, la coordination des acteurs, la standardisation des processus, la gestion du planning et un reporting régulier. En parallèle de la montée en charge du projet, le PMO pourra être amené à soutenir le directeur délégué dans l'exécution de ses fonctions et de garantir une gestion efficace et efficiente d'autres projets de la direction. 1. Gestion fonctionnelle : - Recueillir et analyser les besoins métiers, collaborer avec les services ordonnateurs. - Participer à la rédaction des livrables MOA, valider les livrables MOE, et contribuer aux étapes de la Démarche Nationale de Recette (DNR). 2. Chefferie de projet : - Participer aux réunions de pilotage et de suivi, coordonner les acteurs du projet. - Suivre les plannings, indicateurs, et identifier les risques. 3. Conduite du changement : - Identifier les impacts sur les processus et documentations comptables. - Mettre à jour les documentations et/ou guides opératoires. - Définir et mettre en œuvre des moyens de communication/formation/accompagnement lors du déploiement de la solution.

**Vos compétences**:
Vous avez déjà eu une ou plusieurs expériences confirmées dans des environnements complexes, où vous avez su faire preuves d'excellentes compétences relationnelles. Une expérience au sein de la Sécurité Sociale serait appréciée

**Votre formation**:
Vous êtes diplômé(e) d'un bac + 4/5 (EN3S, Ecole de Commerce, Université, Sciences po, etc ) dans le domaine du droit, de la gestion/finances, de l'audit, du contrôle interne ou de l'informatique.
