**About Samata Health**

Samata Health is a mental health startup offering a premium employee mental health benefit for small and midsize businesses. We host networks of great therapists around the world where our clients have employees. On our HIPAA-compliant, digital platform, employees can search for therapists by clinical specialties, cultural competencies and more. Perks of working with us include:

- $125 USD per 45-minute therapy session
- Therapists are paid within 2-3 business days.
- In-person & telehealth options (up to you).
- There are no minimum or maximum client numbers. Therapists can accept as many or as few clients as they’d like.
- Therapists are in control of their own schedule.
- We work outside of insurance so no need to be paneled or deal with the hassle of insurance.
- The platform is built by therapists & made to make the process easier.

**Requirements**:
Applicants must be therapists with a practice and must have a current license to practice therapy and hold a minimum of a Master's Degree in a related field.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Temporary, Contract

Pay: 123.00€ per hour

COVID-19 considerations:
Therapy sessions scheduled through Samata Health may be in-person or remote, depending on the therapist's preference and current COVID-19 safety regulations.

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Paris (75): Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
