**Votre mission**:
- Suivi des cas en cours pour assurer leur résolution de manière rapide et efficace
- Maintenir une satisfaction client élevée tout en représentant une grande marque
- Fournir et maintenir une relation solide et professionnelle avec nos partenaires et faire preuve de compassion dans toutes les situations
- Travailler pour atteindre les objectifs internes et établis par notre Client
**Vos qualifications**:
- Parler couramment le Francais
- Très bonnes capacités de communication en Anglais
- Compétences relationnelles exceptionnelles et capacités à résoudre les problèmes
- Bonnes connaissances en informatique
- Habilité à faire plusieurs choses à la fois
- Aimer le travail en équipe dans une environnement au rythme soutenu, dynamique et changeant
