Reporting to the head of the sales support group in the Marine and Ports activity, you will be responsible for developing technical solutions and cost estimates for projects and services for our shipowner and port customers. This position is based in l'Estaque - Marseille (13) Salary: 50,000 - 60,000 + variable.
**Your responsibilities**:
- Design the best technical and economic solution to optimize costs and meet customer specifications.
- Determine and validate costs: hours, external services, supplies.
- Analyze customer specifications and validate expectations and needs in coordination with the sales engineer.
- Carry out site audits for costing purposes.
- Draw up the commercial offer, dimensioning the system on the basis of electrical and mechanical input data.
- Make technical presentations to customers in support of sales engineers.
- Ensure external and internal consultations with the support of purchasing (specifications for electrical and mechanical installations, etc.)
**Your background**:
- Degree in electrical engineering and/or electrical engineering and/or industrial automation or 2 years' higher education with significant experience (minimum 10 years).
- At least 5 years' experience in designing and commissioning electrotechnical and/or automation solutions.
- Knowledge of variable speed/automation/electrical engineering and HV/LV electrification.
- English essential - written and spoken, fluent French required.
- No obstacles to travel (occasional, 4-5 per year).
- Required qualities: autonomy, customer orientation, writing skills.
- Strong awareness of Health, Safety and Security rules: HSE is everyone's business.
