This role will be part of our Head of Business Operations, Stéphanie's team. **Key Responsibilities**: - Manage and improve HubSpot setup (workflows, segmentation, integrations). - Maintain and clean CRM data to ensure accuracy and consistency. - Develop and enforce best practices for data management and automation. - Support marketing and sales teams with data insights and customized CRM solutions **Profile required**:** Ideally, you have: - 3 to 5 years of CRM experience (including internships), with strong HubSpot expertise. - Proficiency in English and French. - Detail-oriented and capable of solving complex problems. **Our values**: At DiliTrust, our values guide everything we do. **Trust** is our foundation, ensuring transparency and integrity in every action.
