**Together with 2 passionate data lovers, you will be part of the Data Governance team which has various goals**:

- Data Value Chain Excellence - Transversal promotion of standards and support all over the data value chain to better leveraging value from data in all- Compliance - Designing and implementing robust data policies to protect user privacy and ensure GDPR compliance
- Trust - Provide guidance on data best practices (documentation, quality, etc.) to foster end-to-end data mastery and data self-service for doctolibers
- Data Governance Strategy implementation - Implementation and animation of a federated data governance with a network of Data Officers (leadership) and Data Stewards (operational) to scale data governance
- Data Catalog Product Management - Product lifecycle management of the company's data catalog CastorDoc, doctolibers' single source of truth for data discovery

The Data Governance team's scope is all over the data value chain, from the sources to the various ways of consuming data. At the end of such a mission, you will have a good understanding of what is a data value chain and its challenges at each step.

The Data Governance team belongs to the Data & AI department whose Director reports to the Chief Technology Officer. The Data & AI department is a team of 100+ talented
- Data engineers securing the data collection from production sources (PANDA) and the data tooling for all persona (Tools, Platform, ML)
- Analytics Engineers (AE) crafting data products to derive as much value as possible from data
- Data Product Managers co-building the data products roadmap with AE and Data Officers
- Data Scientists creating our AI-powered solutions to always better serve healthcare practitioners and patients.

**What you'll do**:
As Data Project Manager Junior apprentice, you will support the team for the following:

- Contribute to our data catalog product management
- Analyze usage metrics to identify improvement opportunities
- Address doctolibers' feedback to drive product improvements
- Support product backlog prioritization
- Collaborate with technical teams on implementation
- Promote the data catalog to foster all doctolibers' engagement
- Supporting the Data Governance team
- Maintain Metabase dashboards to support policies implementation
- Monitor policy implementation and adoption metrics
- Communicate about data policies and best practices
- Contribute to doctolibers support about Data Governance
- Conduct competitor analysis and market research
- Prepare and deliver impactful internal presentations

**Who You Are**:
You could be our next team mate if you are:

- A Master's Degree student looking for an apprenticeship starting September 2025 at the latest
- Fluent in English and French (both written and spoken)
- Not afraid to read SQL queries to understand the technical part of the Data Governance's scope
- An excellent teamplayer with strong interpersonal skills and excellent for communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
- Interested in working on a transversal data scope that is both functional and technical in a fast-moving environment.
- Eager to develop an existing data knowledge that you initiated in previous experiences either with a technical or a functional focus (both is a plus)

Now, it would be fantastic if you are:

- Familiar with data visualization tools and can create clear, insightful dashboards
- Able to quickly understand stakeholders needs and identify challenges and can effectively prioritize multiple competing tasks in a fast-paced environment
- It is a plus if you already have some experience with data catalogs (CastorDoc now Catalog or not) or data visualization tools like Tableau or Metabase
- Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability when facing new challenges or changing requirements

- Apprenticeship pace:
- Ideally: 4 days at Doctolib, 1 day at school per week provided that the day at school is never a Tuesday nor Wednesday (Data days on-site)
