**About the role**:

- We’re looking for a versatile, well-organised, and execution-driven team member to join our French team as an Administrative & Operations Specialist. In this hybrid role, you’ll be a key player in keeping our local operations running smoothly, supporting HR, admin, supplier management, and office life._

**What you’ll do**:

- Coordinate payroll preparation with internal stakeholders and external providers
- Support employee onboarding, offboarding, and contract changes (with support from our legal partner)
- Track time off and maintain accurate employee records
- Review and validate expense reports
- Manage suppliers: review quotes, process invoices, liaise with our external accountant
- Oversee day-to-day office operations: ordering supplies, team events, logistics
- Organise internal compliance-related meetings (e.g. CSE)
- Support performance review preparation with the central HR team
- Contribute to cross-functional projects (e.g. office search, process improvements, tool implementation)

**This role is perfect for you if you have**:

- Minimum 2 years of experience in administrative, office management, HR support, or finance operations roles
- Excellent organisational skills, attention to detail, and autonomy
- Comfortable working with external partners (payroll, legal, accounting)
- Knowledge of French HR administration would be considered an advantage
- Fluent in Englis
- Proficient with Excel or Google Sheets
