**Job Description**:
Turner & Townsend is seeking a strong leader to head up our Industrial and Manufacturing (I&M) sector across France. This role presents a unique opportunity for a progressive leader to build from a strong foundation, taking operations to the next level of maturity.

The role of the Sector Lead, Industrial & Manufacturing, is twofold, delivering one or more major projects whilst also growing this business sector and our reputation in the I&M market across France.

Responsibilities include:

- Manage one or more major Industrial or Manufacturing projects
- Develop and implement marketing and business development strategies
- Play a key role in the I&M business development activities for the cost center
- Provide solutions to clients and work together with business development team member(s) on sales proposals, qualification packages, and presentation materials
- Take on key account role(s), project execution assurance and maintain client relationships
- Coordinate with project team leaders on project negotiations and execution
- Collaborate with the other business lines and teams
- Develop a position for the firm as a natural partner within this sector

**Qualifications**:

- Extensive experience in delivering I&M programs, projects and sector knowledge
- Experience in business development with a proven track record of success
- Strong connections to existing or past clients in the I&M sector
- Degree holder in relevant discipline
- Minimum 15 years relevant working experience delivering capital projects in the I&M sector
- Proactive, meticulous, self-motivated and hands-on team-player with the ability to multitask
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills essential, ability to communicate well with clients and senior management
- Multilingual skills desirable (French / English Minimum)
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office
