**Mission**:

Vous rejoindrez notre équipe de fiscalistes expérimentés et serez chargé(e) de les assister dans les tâches suivantes:
- Participation à tous les aspects fiscaux des activités de gestion d'actifs (structuration de fonds, nouvel investissement/désinvestissement, réorganisation, conformité fiscale, etc.) et des questions de société du Groupe (déclarations fiscales, groupe fiscal, audits fiscaux, etc.) ou de nouveaux projets.
- Assister le département Middle-Office dans les opérations quotidiennes et gérer les relations avec les conseillers externes (comptables, avocats fiscalistes, etc.).
- Examiner la documentation, les accords et les documents de financement du fonds en étroite coordination avec les services juridiques, financiers et autres, Rédaction de mémos fiscaux, recherches techniques, suivi de la réglementation/casuisine en matière fiscale (environnement fiscal national et international), mise en place de processus internes, connaissances fiscales.

You will join our team of experienced tax lawyers and will be responsible for assisting them in the following tasks:
- Participation in all tax aspects of the asset management activities (fund structuring, new investment/divestment, reorganisation, tax compliance, etc.) and Group’s corporate matters (tax returns, tax group, tax audits, etc.) or new projects.
- Assist the Middle-Office department in day-to-day operations and manage relationships with external advisers or counsels (accountant, tax lawyers, etc.)
- Review fund’s documentation, agreements and financing documents in close coordination with Legal, Finance and other departments,
- Drafting of tax memo, technical research, follow-up of tax matters regulations/case law (domestic and international tax environment), implementation of internal processes, tax knowledge.

- Vous êtes étudiant(e) en Master 2 Droit Fiscal ou équivalent, Ecole de Barreau ou Ecole de Commerce
- Vous avez une première expérience dans un cabinet d'avocats ou une institution financière,
- Vous connaissez le droit fiscal et les principes comptables nationaux et internationaux,
- Vous maîtrisez l'anglais écrit et parlé,
- Vous êtes rigoureux,
- Vous avez un bon sens relationnel, Vous savez vous adapter pour travailler dans un environnement en constante évolution.
**La durée du stage serait idéalement de 6 mois de juillet à décembre. N'hésitez pas à postuler en mentionnant la durée et la période visée.

- You are a student in Master 2 Tax Law or equivalent, Bar School or Business School
- You have a first experience in a law firm or financial institution,
- You are familiar with domestic and international tax law and accounting principles,
- You have fluent English written and spoken,
- You are rigorous,
- You have a good relationship skills, You can adapt to work in a fast-changing environment.
