Are you a passionate Human Resources student willing to develop HR knowledge and skills in a fast-growing company?

We are looking for an enthusiastic HR Assistant to join BOARD team in our Paris office for an apprenticeship (work/study contract). In this role, you will have the chance to work closely with our colleagues from the HR, Finance departments, while keeping up with your studies.

**Core responsibilities**:

- Assist the recruiting and onboarding process: Employment Contracts, Health Insurance (Mutuelle), Contingency Insurance, etc.
- Prepare amending agreements
- Manage the follow-up of commission & bonus plans
- Be accountable for the administrative follow-up of trial periods, medical examinations, health insurance, meal vouchers
- Update the HR reporting
- Be the main interlocutor for employees’ daily queries
- Help with the training plan follow-up

**Requirements**:

- Masters’ Degree in Human Resources (in preparation via apprenticeship)
- Previous experience as an intern in an HR department
- Good interpersonal and communication skills, both written and oral
- Initiative, autonomy
- Curiosity in learning
- Self-confidence and leadership
- Fluency in French and English is mandatory
