Senior Business Analyst

INSEAD Europe campus is currently seeking an experienced **Senior Business Analyst **to join our **Business Partnering & Analysis Team **(BPA) within the **IT **department in our **Fontainebleau **campus. This is a full-time, permanent contract.

He/she will contribute to the development of Salesforce and Eloqua products in line with INSEAD's digital roadmap and strategic objectives.

**Main responsibilities will include**:

- **Requirements analysis **:collect and consolidate business requirements. Use workshops, individual interviews, and other user analysis methods to reach timely and well-defined decisions.
- **Proposal **:produce well-documented requirements along with user and/or data flow diagrams. Basic mock-ups to be created when necessary.
- **Communication **:facilitate seamless communication between the Associate Director, Business Partnering & Analysis Team, and key stakeholders along the progress of the story/project and ensure they can make well informed decision.
- Time management: simultaneously manage multiple stories, requests, and ad-hoc projects.
- **Relationship management **:build strong relationships between internal departments, external partners, and IT; fostering trust, cooperation among all contributors and facilitate a healthy conversation.
- **Stakeholder engagement **:act as a reliable key contact, share knowledge, give regular updates, provide guidance and be able to recommend solutions across multiple projects and business areas.
- **Standards **:respect relevant INSEAD standards (development process, branding, communication, etc.) in daily activities and stay informed of technological advances and trends; evaluating potential value at INSEAD.
- At least 7 years’ experience in a business analyst role.
- Hold a Bachelor's degree or equivalent, ideally in Information Science, Business Management or Information Technology, or other technology-related fields.
- Significant experience working with Salesforce is required and experience working with marketing automation systems (i.e. Eloqua) is preferred.
- Proficient in conducting requirements analysis, turning ideas into executable, user-centric products.
- Excellent business documentation skills, able to convey complex information objectively and succinctly.
- Excellent writing skills and the ability to process large amounts of information and synthesise it into simple and understandable terminology.
- Excellent verbal communication skills, facilitating working meetings, building credibility and trust between various stakeholders, negotiating difficult issues with contentious stakeholders and escalating problems quickly.
- Contribute to INSEAD's professional image by delivering projects to the highest level of client satisfaction, in line with the original objectives, on time and within budget.
- Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability in a demanding and rapidly changing environment, communicating transparently and using a sound methodological and pedagogical approach.
- Ability to see the bigger picture in a myriad of complex and sometimes evolving priorities.
- A friendly and approachable personality, able to build strong partnerships with colleagues and internal/external stakeholders.
