_**Ennismore for MAMA SHELTER, JO&JOE and TRIBE appoints you as Minister of Finished Work**_

You will work with the VP Development Project Manager on the management of the openings (works) of the future Mama Shelter, JO&JOE and TRIBE in France and abroad and on the follow-up of the renovation files of the existing establishments.

And as we see things in a big way, many projects are in development

You carry out the budget study and the conceptual and technical development of the projects.

You you carry out optimal follow-up of the works in coordination with the decoration and project management teams and in particular through fair and achievable schedules.

You participate in the elaboration of the investment budgets and carry out the financial follow-up of the projects.

You manage the sourcing and purchasing and follow the management of FF&E tenders.

You lead the installation, set-up and assistance in the lifting of reservations.

Ambassador of the group, you convey our values through your energy and good humor.

- You preferably have a degree in architecture or civil engineering.
- Details are important to you, nothing is missing thanks to your sense of organization and anticipation.
- You have a keen sense of communication and are diplomatic.
- Curious by nature, you are constantly on the lookout for what surrounds you.
- Endowed with excellent interpersonal skills, you are never short of resources.
- Action-oriented, you are comfortable in the field.
- You have a real commercial sense, without being the Wolf of Wall Street ”
- You know how to handle pressure and stress, Master Yoda taught you everything️.
- You are fluent in English, when asked “Where is Bryan?” you string together the color of the kitchen and the items in it.
- Negotiator of the family, you always managed to see the Sunday night movie.

**YOUR LITTLE EXTRAS ARE**:

- With a great experience in project management and/or execution control, you have bottle, and we’re not talking about the drink. (5 years minimum of experience in a similar position).
- Charismatic, you are a true gladiator in a suit to Olivia Pope and you know how to defend your positions.
- You never grab the arm of the person sitting next to you on the plane, travel in France and abroad is a detail for you (and for us it means a lot)
- You know the hotel and restaurant industry
