**Votre Mission**:
Notre client, société d'infogérance à taille humaine basée sur les régions Ile-de-France et PACA, recherche son futur Team Leader IT H/F en CDI sur Paris.

Votre rôle consistera organiser et piloter la délivrance du service Support : Hotline, interventions sur site curatives/préventives et projets chez les clients.

Vos missions:

- Participer à l'onboarding/offboarding des collaborateurs. Les guider, aider, former au quotidien et hiérarchiser leur travail ;
- Assurer le support niveau 2 et le troubleshouting avant escalade ;
- Gérer les plannings et en attribuer les ressources ;
- Communiquer avec les clients et autres départements de l'entreprise ;
- Participer à des réunions d'amélioration continue avec son manager ;
- Suivre les indicateurs d'activités sur l'outil de ticketing / supervision ;
- Identifier des anomalies pouvant altérer les performances du département et en référer à son manager.

**Votre profil**:
De formation supérieure en informatique ou diplôme d'ingénieur, vous justifiez d'un minimum de 3 années d'expériences sur un poste similaire dans un contexte multi clients (hors alternances et stages).

Compétences maitrisées requises:

- Infrastructures systèmes Windows,
- Solutions Cloud Azure et Office 365,
- Virtualisations VMWare et Hyper-V,
- Infrastructure réseau LAN, WLAN, WAN (Ethernet, VLAN, BGP, Cisco Meraki),
- Réseaux/Sécurité Cisco, WatchGuard, VPN, Radius.
- Expérience sur des systèmes de sauvegarde type Veeam backup.
