**About the Digital Transformation Office**:
The Digital Transformation Office aims to embark on digital project journeys and to support in at identifying impactful business issues, the impact & viability; leveraging digital tools, methods & associated mindset to generate new ideas of tools, products, processes, services, the technology & feasibility; solving specific user needs and are adopted by your end-users, the user centricity & desirability. The goal is to quickly identify, visualize, prioritize, and formalize pain points, business issues and saving opportunities into framed projects.
Within GIT, the role of the Group Data Office & Digital Transformation is to lead the transformation across business functions and processes. The goal particularly includes implementing Data/AI/GenAI driven culture by fostering innovation, expertise and business satisfaction.

**Your mission, roles and responsibilities**:

- Manage and support in the scoping of digital use cases from the roadmap for our internal customers across the company (all Business Groups: Seating, Clean Mobility, Interior Systems & all Functions: Manufacturing, Quality, Purchasing, Sales, Finance )
- Follow-up on the different Proof Of Concept (POC) developed in the team using latest technologies (Generative AI and Large Language Models, Machine learning models for predictions etc..)
- Reporting directly to the Digital Transformation Team, your missions will be:

- Digital use case scopings preparation and animation
- Being able to understand business pain paints and processes
- Create high level specifications and mock-up based data, process and business feature requirements
- Propose solution, team & planning to our internal customers
- Use tools and methodology in place and propose improvements
- Proof of Concept follow-up
- Based on the scopings done, follow the development of POC with the technical team (technical leaders, data scientists and data engineers) during weekly meetings
- Ensure all requirements from the business are available for the technical team (data, features, business rules )
- Share development progress of the POC with the business and iterate in an agile way in the development.
- Able to collaborate well with others including considering others’ perspectives on methodologies and technologies

**Your profile and competencies to succeed**:

- Diploma or Master in engineering (engineering school such as INSA, arts et métiers, supélec)
- Level of training: BAC+5
- Project management
- Understanding of digital/data environment
- Customer orientation, Business mindset, Team spirit, Autonomy, Agility
- Scientific curiosity
- Knowledge of automotive industry is a plus.
- Languages: French, English
