FactSet RMS Partners is a solution of customized products which standardize, automate and streamline the process of writing and distributing research reports, increasing financial analyst productivity of research reports and decreasing time-to-market. Fully integrated into our clients’ internal processes, FactSet RMS Partners allows them to specify and control exactly how their complete workflow is to be conducted from raw data generation through publication and distribution in polished reports and models. With the workstation and FactSet Partners combined together, FactSet is in the unique position on the market to be able to offer a total research workflow solution to both IB and IM clients.

To support the growth of our business, we are looking for a highly motivated individual with a relatively high level of technical skills and expertise in addition to an equivalent level of client facing and interpersonal skills. You will join a dynamic group and will participate to the deployment and success of FactSet RMS Partners for new market opportunities. As a Product Specialist, you will be responsible for helping implement, install, customize and support the product at the client.

**Responsibilities**:

- Working with senior business and IT contacts at our clients to specify functional and technical requirements of the solution
- Building custom reports and technical modules that meet these requirements
- Working with clients to troubleshoot any technical issues that may arise
- Providing end user training and manage change
- Organizing and relaying client feedback for enhancements and bugs
- Helping identify opportunities and grow business at existing clients
- Building client relationship

It is a position of responsibility and seniority in a business segment with tremendous growth potential. The logical evolution for a FactSet RMS Partners Product Specialist is to become project manager on large client implementations.

Skills/Requirements:

- Superior proficiency/skills with Microsoft Excel and Word
- Knowledge of or strong interest in working with programming languages (Visual Basic, SQL )
- Superior client service attitude and skills
- Strong results-oriented mentality, motivation and desire to achieve
- Understanding of relational databases
- Ability to communicate and work with a variety of people in different departments
- Strong interest in investments research - including willingness to participate in CFA or equivalent programs over time
- Ability to travel domestically and abroad
