You join the Global Control Room team in Corporate and Investment Banking (CIB) as a Compliance Officer. The Global Control Room advises Natixis' business lines and closely supports its local and business officers in the circulation of confidential or privileged information, identification, the prevention and management of transactional conflicts of interest.

On a daily basis, your duties are to:

- Analyze and monitor sensitive operations declared by the business lines;
- Provide compliance notices;
- Ensure that regulatory and internal systems are properly maintained (insider lists, participant lists, watch lists, no-go lists, potential conflict of interest lists, conflict of interest register, risk maps for non-compliance, etc.) ;
- Review and contribute to the development of legal documentation related to sensitive transactions (confidentiality agreements, guarantee contracts, credit documentation, letters of commitment, mandates, etc.) ;
- Develop, conduct and participate in compliance training.

**Required Skills/Qualifications/Experience**:
About you: If you recognize yourself in the following description you are made to work with us

With a higher education in law or finance, you have a first successful experience in compliance officer, lawyer or auditor functions.

You are familiar with:

- European and French regulations;
- Corporate and investment banking operations (M&A, ECM, DCM, bank financings, market activities in particular).

You have a great relationship, a very good listening skills, you are:

- Good analytical and synthesis skills;
- Methodical;
- Strong team player and recognized for your sense of confidentiality.

You master English with a level C1/C2, both written and oral.
