You join the Global Control Room team in CIB (Corporate and Investment Banking) as a Compliance Officer.

The Global Control Room advises Natixis' businesses and closely accompanies local and business officers on the management of the circulation of confidential or privileged information, on identification, the prevention and management of transactional conflicts of interest.

Your day-to-day tasks include:

- Analyse and monitor sensitive transactions reported by the business lines;
- Provide compliance notices but also develop, lead and participate in compliance training for the trades;
- Ensure that regulatory and internal mechanisms are properly maintained (insider lists, participant lists, watch lists, ban lists, potential conflict of interest lists, conflicts of interest register, non-compliance risk maps, etc.) ;
- Review and contribute to the development of legal documentation related to sensitive transactions (confidentiality agreements, guarantee contracts, credit documentation, letters of engagement, mandates, etc.) ;
- Contribute to regulatory projects but also to the development and improvement of IT tools.

**Required Skills/Qualifications/Experience**:
About you: If you recognize yourself in the following description, you are made to work with us

With a degree in law or finance, you have at least 5 years of experience as a compliance officer, lawyer or auditor.

You are proficient:

- European and French regulations;
- The operations of a finance and investment bank (M&A, ECM, DCM, banking/structured financing, market activities, etc.);
- Common office tools;
- Ideally, Reuters and/or Bloomberg.

You have an excellent relationship, a very good listening ability, you are:

- Good analytical and synthetic skills;
- Analytical, methodical and effective;
- Driven by a strong team spirit and known for your sense of confidentiality.

You master English with a C1/C2 level.
