Join us as a **Compensation & Benefits Assistant (Summer internship) **at Qonto, where you'll play a crucial role in enhancing our compensation and benefits processes, contributing directly to our team's efficiency and our company's growth.

Under the guidance of Margaux (Compensation & Benefits Manager), you'll be immersed in an international and fast-paced environment, gaining hands-on experience on compensation and benefits topics.

‍‍ **As a Compensation & Benefits Assistant at Qonto, you will**
- **Support the execution of compensation cycles**, including data collection, analysis, and manager briefings.
- Automate **Excel** files for efficient budget tracking and policy updates.
- **Collaborate with finance and team leads** to ensure alignment with compensation policies.
- **Contribute to post-cycle analysis and support data cleaning efforts** for benchmark tools.
- **Participate in key projects**, including the implementation of Workday for integrated compensation and benefits management.

**About your future manager**
- You will report to Margaux, our Compensation and Benefits Manager.
- She leverages her extensive experience in HR and finance to develop innovative compensation programs that enhance talent retention and satisfaction. With a background that spans prestigious firms like Maison Kitsuné and LANVIN, Margaux brings a wealth of knowledge and a supportive leadership style to our fast-paced, dynamic team.

**About You**
- You are currently pursuing or have recently completed a master's degree in HR or finance.
- You possess advanced Excel skills and have a keen eye for detail and design.
- You are autonomous, proactive, and eager to take on hands-on responsibilities.
- You have excellent communication skills and are comfortable working with finance teams and senior stakeholders.
- You thrive in an international, fast-paced environment and are excited by the opportunity to contribute to key projects.**Perks**
