**Job description**:
Doctolib is looking for a Go-to-Market Lead Opticians/Audioprosthesists to join its Go-To-Market Strategy team in France. This role is pivotal in driving our ambitious goals in both our core business and in expanding our range of products. You will be in charge of designing and executing a sustainable growth strategy on the Opticians and Audioprosthesists market, working in a “startup” mode very closely with Sales, Partnerships, Satisfaction, Product, Marketing and Public Affair.

**What will be your key responsibilities?**:
As cluster lead, you'll be accountable for the satisfaction and growth of the Opticians & Audios market, acting as a CEO of the cluster:

- Build an in-depth understanding of the market, including size, needs, competition, and trends.
- Clarify the Product-Market-Fit of our current solutions for the Opticians & Audioprosthesists cluster, design the detailed value proposition and adapt Doctolib positioning
- Launch new products to enrich our product range for this cluster
- Participate to pricing strategy definition for current and new product lines
- Define the partnership strategy with major retailers
- Build a strong plan to boost patient awareness and well guide the patients willing to take an appointment with Opticians & Audioprothesists
- Design targets for each growth KPI to feed the annual Doctolib Strategic Plan; and monitor its achievement
- Ensure our growth strategy and value propositions are translated into impactful activities
- Conduct robust analysis to understand our performance by segment and give recommendations on sales, marketing and customer success ressources allocation to optimize market penetration and acquisition costs;
**Who are you?**:

- You have 3-5 years of experience at one of the top Opticians/Audioprothesists big groups, ideally within the strategy or innovation department
- You have a strong business acumen, embody the “start small, think big” and are not afraid to fail
- You prioritize user experience above all
- You are results/action-oriented with strong project management skills;
- You have strong interpersonal skills in order to federate stakeholders within the company and engage doctolibers, including Top Management;
- You recognize yourself in the core Doctolib competencies: Grit, Result oriented, Team player
