Product Development Leader

**Rôles et responsabilités**
- Appui à la création de messages ainsi qu'à la stratégie de génération de preuves + partenariat avec les régions sur l'exécution
- Soutenir le marketing et l'ingénierie dans la génération de contenu pour les solutions numériques et leur utilisation par les clients
- Soutenir le test et valider le produit pour maintenir des produits de haute qualité avant leur sortie
- Élaborer des ententes cliniques, des objectifs de travail et des mécanismes de rétroaction pour une évaluation clinique fondée sur l'utilisabilité
- Travailler avec le marketing en amont pour sélectionner des sites de haute qualité pour l'évaluation clinique
- Fournir un soutien et une formation aux sites cliniques et recueillir des commentaires du site afin d'améliorer le produit
- Gérer les sites cliniques même après le lancement du produit pour assurer la continuité des commentaires et des relations avec les clients
- Fournir un soutien au marketing pour les outils de vente, les garanties, produire des images pour les spectacles et les présentations, et fournir un soutien lors des salons de produits.
**Qualifications requises**
- Diplôme d'ingénieur ou en sciences ou dans un domaine similaire
- Expérience significative avec les tomodensitomètres et leur utilisation en milieu clinique
- Expérience démontrée en collaboration avec des partenaires cliniques dans le domaine des solutions numériques
- Anglais courant
- Français courant
**Caractéristiques souhaitées**
- Diplôme dans un domaine connexe à la physique de l'imagerie
- Forte orientation vers la qualité ; Certifié Six Sigma Green Belt
- Expérience dans les technologies d'imagerie CT
- Forte orientation client et capacité d'adaptation à l'évolution des demandes et des exigences
- Expérience des concepts de conception centrés sur l'utilisateur et de leur intégration dans le produit
- Capacité à travailler efficacement au sein d'équipes interfonctionnelles et responsabilité des livrables et des actions
- Solides compétences en communication écrite et verbale démontrées sous forme de subventions, de publications et/ou de rapports d'étape
- Connaissance démontrée de l'anatomie et de la physiologie humaines
- Solides compétences interpersonnelles et capacité à communiquer et à interagir efficacement avec les clients de l'industrie de la santé et des organisations d'ingénierie et de marketing
- Capacité à comprendre et à parler le langage technique spécifique à la technologie de tomodensitométrie et à la technologie d'imagerie.
**Roles and Responsibilities**
- Supporting creation of messaging as well as evidence generation strategy + partnership with regions on the execution
- Support marketing and engineering in content generation for digital solutions and their use by customers
- Support the test and validate product to maintain high quality products before they are released
- Develop clinical agreements, work goals and feedback mechanisms for usability based clinical evaluation
- Work with upstream marketing to select high quality sites for clinical evaluation
- Provide support and training to clinical sites and acquire feedback from the site to improve the product
- Manage clinical sites even after product launch for continued customer feedback and relationships
- Develop training material for Field Application Specialist, Clinical Sales Specialists and Sales Specialist. Participate/lead in the training of the specialist.
- Provide support to marketing for sales tools, collaterals, produce images for shows and presentations, and provide support at product shows.
**Required Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, science or related field
- Significant experience with CT scanners and their use in a clinical environment
- Demonstrated experience in collaboration with clinical partners in Digital solutions
- Fluent English
- Fluent French
**Desired Characteristics**
- Bachelor’s degree in an Imaging Physics related field
- Strong quality orientation; Six Sigma Green Belt certified
- Experience in CT Imaging Technologies
- Strong customer focus and adaptability to changing demands and requirements
- Experience with user centered design concepts and their integration into product
- Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams, and accountability for deliverables/actions
- Strong written and verbal communications skills demonstrated in the form of grants, publications and/or progress reports
- Demonstrated knowledge of human anatomy and physiology
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate and interact effectively with customers in the healthcare industry and engineering and marketing organizations
- Ability to understand and speak technical language specific to CT technology and imaging technology
