The role of a Global Talent Acquisition Program Manager is to take end to end responsibility for a subset of Talent Acquisition programs and/or systems.

**A Day in the Life**

Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned.
- Build strong relationships with cross functional partners: Regional TA Leaders, Digital Enablement, Procurement, Comms, and others to drive assigned talent-related initiatives.
- Together with the Talent Analytics team, develop talent and recruiting insight and analytics for Medtronic and TA leaders.
- Own projects and programs, define goals and create deliverables for multiple TA initiatives.
- Represent Talent Acquisition formal vendor selection processes and manage vendor relations on an ongoing basis to optimize our investment in external partner solutions.
- Own implementation and ongoing operation of TA systems and technology, including scoping of needs, technology selection from implementation, operation, and ongoing optimization.
- Help identify new TA opportunities, leveraging data and prioritize based on strategic goals, business needs, and business impact.

**Qualifications Minimum Requirements**
- Bachelors degree required. Master degree preferred
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience, or advanced degree with a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience

**Desired Skills, Competencies & Experiences
- Knowledge of TA processes and technology / systems.
- Understanding of AGILE methodologies and/or Lean Six Sigma certification
- Ability to manage multiple projects, working under critical time deadlines.
- Ability to influence
- Strong customer focus, continually searching for opportunities to increase customer satisfaction
- Ability to work in matrixed environment with conflicting priorities
- Curiosity, applied creativity and initiative skills
- Attention to detail and ability to see the big picture/ think strategically
