**YOUR ROLE WILL BE:
Hivebrite is growing a lot and the HR team currently composed of 4 people is looking for a new person to join the team As a Talent Acquisition Manager, you will join the Talent Team in France. You will work closely with our French HR Manager on many different HR topics.
You will be the owner of the recruitment for our Business and Support departments (Sales, Marketing, Operations, finance, etc). You will also be involved in a variety of different projects such as onboarding, employer branding, training and administration.
**RECRUITMENT (70%)**:
- Partner with Hiring Managers and recruiting agencies (when applicable) to identify key requirements and set a recruitment strategy for designated roles
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for our Business and Support Departments (Sales, Customer Success, Operation): job description creation, screening, interviews, offers
**HR PROCESSES AND ADMIN (20%)**:
- Manage onboarding and onboarding follow up
- Be the owner and leader of the global onboarding process at Hivebrite
- Ensure that HR processes are followed and respected
- Help on various ad hoc projects (legal, admin, etc)
- Draft and follow up of internal policies
- Assist with day to day operations of the HR functions and duties
**INTERNAL AND EXTERNAL COMMUNICATION (10%)**:
- You will also contribute to the development of Hivebrite's employer brand by helping the team to develop the strategy, the communication materials and the operational implementation
- Working on our newsletters and follow-up of the referral program
**YOU MIGHT BE A FIT IF YOU HAVE**:
- You have +1 year of experience working in HR in a SaaS/Tech company or recruitment agency
- You have a first significant experience in recruitment
- You have excellent written and oral communication skills in both French and English
- You are rigorous and organized in your work
- You are a people person
**RECRUITMENT PROCESS**:
- A 60-min interview with Mélodie, HR Manager
- A business case with Mélodie and Clément, Engineering Talent Acquisition Manager, ideally in person
- A 45 min interview with Global Talent Director
- Our recruitment process lasts max 15 working days, and we can deliver an offer 48 hours after the final interview
