**Role Overview**
As a Senior Sales Associate at Luca Faloni, you'll be the face of our brand, engaging with customers, and assisting them in finding the perfect pieces that match their style. Your genuine passion for fashion and outstanding customer service skills will play a pivotal role in making our store a destination for luxury seekers.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Provide personalised styling advice and product recommendations based on customer preferences.
- Create and maintain attractive visual displays that reflect the Luca Faloni brand aesthetic.
- Engage with customers to build strong relationships and provide an exceptional shopping experience.
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently using the point-of-sale system.
- Assist in inventory management, including restocking and maintaining product presentation.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and brand information to address customer inquiries.
- Contribute to achieving sales targets and store goals.
