**Position**:
La maison Zenith recherche son Brand Manager pour les marchés France
- Benelux. Au sein de notre département Commercial, vous avez la responsabilité de la définition et mise en place de la stratégie commerciale et marketing de vos marchés. Ceci dans le but d’accroitre et optimiser les résultats de ventes, et atteindre les objectifs tels que définis dans les budgets et plans stratégiques validés par la direction.

**Job responsibilities**:
vos principales missions:

- Définir et suivre le budget du marché et des détaillants
- Assurer les efforts de vente pour atteindre les objectifs (visites de marché, formations, évènements)
- Vous avez aussi la responsabilité de deux boutiques sur Paris
- Optimiser la distribution et le suivi régulier du réseau des points de vente multimarques
- Suivre les stocks et optimiser les allocations
- Gérer les commandes clients en collaboration avec l’administration des ventes et assurer la mise en place d’un assortiment idéal
- Établir et suivre les indicateurs de performance commerciaux et marketing
- Assurer la formation du réseau et de la force de vente
- Mettre en place et suivre les programmes d’incentive
- Diriger et développer l'équipe du Marché
- Assurer le reporting et les business review avec le top management
- Promouvoir l'image de la marque en interne et en externe, en qualité d’ambassadeur, notamment à travers une présence importante lors des évènements en France.
- Vous avez la responsabilité d'un marketing Manager et d'un retail Manager

**Profile**:
5Vous avez au minimum 3 ans d’expérience dans une fonction similaire, dans l’idéal au sein du secteur de l’horlogerie-joaillerie
- Vous disposez d’un diplôme d’études supérieures en Ventes ou Marketing & Communication
- Personne de terrain, mobile, autonome et ambitieux(se), vous êtes force de proposition, orienté(e) résultat, et doté(e) d’un excellent relationnel.
- Vous maitrisez impérativement le français et l'anglais
- vous êtes agile et multi tâches
