**The Event Specialist Role's Responsibilities**

✦Manage National and International events : scientific congresses and in-house events suh as Study clubs, Masterclass and Webinars

✦Draw up sponsorship contracts for exhibition booths, speaker slots, workshops and conferences/symposiums

✦Coordinate event logistics for employees, speakers and guests (invitation, catering, travel, hotels, registration, equipment, promotional material, etc.), manage customer inquiries and troubleshoot on the day of the event

✦Handle exhibition booths (concept, design, call for bids, orders, marketing materials shipping)

✦Research, manage and coordinate suppliers, negotiate prices and monitor budget

✦Make sure that insurance, legal, health and safety obligations are followed

✦Liaise with sales and marketing teams to promote the event on digital platforms : social media (LinkedIn, Faebook, Instagram), corporate website, mail banners, etc.

✦Produce post-event evaluation and propose ideas to improve provided services and event quality

✦Monitor competitors and create opportunities

✦Support the Event service activities and development (process, communication tools, stakeholders portfolio, etc.)

**It would be fantastic if you have**

✦BS/MS degree in marketing or a related field

✦Exceptional organizational skills and project management experience required

✦Experience in identifying target audienes and devising campaigns that engage, inform and motivate

✦Experience with Pardot, SaleForce, AirTable, Microsoft office products

✦At least 2+ years of experience in digital marketing
