Regional Talent Acquisition Lead

Great opportunity ahead to join the Talent Acquisition function at Mars and lead a regional team of Talent Acquisition Partners & Coordinators to shape the TA strategy in Europe

**What would be your main responsibilities?**

TA Leadership
- Partner with Leadership teams, HR Vice Presidents, HR Directors and global TA partners to achieve the goals aligned with the people agenda and business strategy.
- Consult and provoke senior stakeholders on key industry talent trends, talent insights and best practices. Partner with Business Leaders to provide external talent perspectives to inform overall talent strategies.
- Develop and deploy the vision, strategy and goals for all aspects of Talent Acquisition at Mars Europe
- Strengthening our Senior Leadership Talent Pipeline through the proactive development of Talent Acquisition strategies at will enable delivery of a talent pipeline, balancing the build and buy approach ensuring internalizing our talent whilst hiring talent with new perspectives to deliver the business needs

People Leadership
- Leadership and Line Management of 15+ Talent Acquisition associates across multiple countries
- Foster a high performance team culture to drive business results, team development and high engagement.
- Establish an environment that positions direct reports to drive and own solutions whilst developing a team of experts and talent succession with TA

TA Operations
- Ownership of overall recruiting team performance in the full life-cycle recruiting process across all Mars business units, ensuring Mars attracts, recruits, and selects high performing associates, and to meet key performance metrics.
- Drive and initiate global continuous improvement initiatives such as TA Technology (AI) and continuous improvements of the TA process and system modifications.

Customer Experience

**What are we looking for?**
- Significant experience in HR functions, including but not limited to Talent Acquisition and/or HR Business Partnership
- Strong experience in People Leadership of a diverse team
- Ability to develop strong trusting relationships to gain support and achieve strategic business goals.
- Ability to understand and prioritize business and customer needs.
- Leadership presence and credibility to interact with all levels of associates and stakeholders,
- Excellent stakeholder relationship skills
- Can effectively manage global and complex change and shift gears comfortably; highly effective in ambiguous environments; able to deliver expected results with mínimal direction and guidance.
- Strong analytical problem solving, critical thinking and decision-making skills using a comprehensive approach with strong attention to detail
- Ability to establish courses of action to ensure that work is completed efficiently, adjusting priorities, establishing management routines to effectively track progress and identify issues and leveraging resources.
- Strong written, oral and listening communication skills in English
- Ability to work independently and efficiently, with mínimal supervision, in a fast paced environment
