**Missions**:

- Dans le cadre du développement des Achats IT et Moyens Généraux du groupe Tikehau Capital, vous interviendrez en accompagnement au responsable des Achats, et serez amené à : _
- Assurer le suivi administratif et logistique des achats (process de signature des contrats, commandes et facturations)
- Assurer le suivi et la mise à jour de la cartographie des contrats
- Accompagner le responsable des Achats au cours des procédures d'appels d'offres
- Réaliser des benchmark et activités de sourcing
- Développer les contrats cadres
- Etablir, dans le cadre des appels d’offres, des comparatifs commerciaux et techniques
- Etablir et gérer la relation fournisseurs (négociations commerciales et contractuelles, litiges...)
- Mesurer la performance achats et la satisfaction de nos clients internes
- Développer la communication du service AchatsAssurer l’efficacité de la digitalisation des process achat et approvisionnement

- As part of the development of the Tikehau Capital Group's IT and General Purchasing department, you will support the Purchasing Manager, and will be _
- required to : _
- Ensure administrative and logístical follow-up of purchases (contract signature process, orders and invoicing)
- Monitor and update contract mapping
- Support the Purchasing Manager during tender procedures
- Carry out benchmarking and sourcing activities
- Develop framework contracts
- Draw up commercial and technical comparisons for tenders
- Establish and manage supplier relations (commercial and contractual negotiations, disputes, etc.)
- Measure purchasing performance and internal customer satisfaction.
- Develop Purchasing communication
- Ensure the effective digitalization of purchasing and supply processes.

- Écoles de commerce post-bac ou formations universitaires, de niveau Bac +4/5
- Formations Bac +5 spécialisées dans les achats
- Écoles de commerce ou 3e cycle en management / économie / négociation
- Écoles d'ingénieurs généralistes ou spécialisées dans le domaine d'activité de l'entreprise
- 3e cycles spécialisés dans la fonction achats : DESS MAI à Bordeaux, mastère gestion des achats internationaux de l'Essec, d'HEC, de l'EM Lyon, Desma de Grenoble serait un plus.Anglais écrit et oral
- [ENG] _
- Post-baccalaureate business schools or university courses, level Bac +4/5
- Bac +5 courses specialized in purchasing
- Business schools or 3rd cycle courses in management / economics / negotiation
- Engineering schools, general or specialized in the company's field of activity
- 3rd cycles specialized in purchasing: DESS MAI in Bordeaux, master's degree in international purchasing management from ESSEC, HEC, EM Lyon, Desma in Grenoble... would be a plus.Written and spoken English
