**Role & Missions—What you will do**:
As an IT Support Intern, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and improving our IT infrastructure. You will be part of a small but dynamic IT team, working directly under the IT & SaaS Manager. This position offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in various aspects of IT support, from user assistance to project management.

Your main missions and responsibilities will include:

- **User support**: Provide support to hardware and software users. Address and resolve IT-related issues promptly to minimize disruption.
- **Problem management**: Anticipate, investigate, and resolve system and service issues. Document all problems thoroughly in relevant systems.
- **Employee onboarding and offboarding**: Manage IT onboarding and offboarding, including preparing and installing laptops using automated processes. Manage access permissions for new hires and departing employees.
- **Documentation and processes**: Create and maintain clear, accessible documentation for repeatable tasks.
- **IT inventory management**: Keep the IT inventory up to date and track IT assets efficiently.
- **Meeting room maintenance**: Ensure meeting rooms are functional and equipped with necessary technology.
- **Project assistance**: Assist with various IT projects and contribute to team initiatives and improvements.

**Requirements**:

- Currently enrolled in Computer Science, Engineering, or an IT-related degree.
- Basic understanding of computer hardware, software, and networking.
- Familiarity with Windows and macOS operating systems.
- Proficiency in MDM, Google Workspace, and troubleshooting tools.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Strong customer service orientation and teamwork skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Willingness to learn new technologies and follow instructions.
- Fluency in English is an absolute requirement, with proficiency in French considered a significant advantage.

Nice to have:

- Previous help desk experience and relevant certifications are a plus.

However, it is mandatory that you are affiliated with a university or school that can provide a convention de stage or an apprenticeship agreement.
