We are looking for a Shopper Insights Manager, based at The Island, our office in central Paris.

As part of the global Consumer and Shopper Understanding team, we’re building game-changing capabilities that are anchored in consumer and shopper demand.

The Insights Manager is responsible for the roll-out out of the Insights element of the portfolio strategy growth model in some of our priority and secondary markets. He/She will work in very close collaboration with the Portfolio strategy growth model owner, the local market insights team, Regional and Brand Co insights teams as well as other insights manager and planners in the Consumer and Shopper Understanding COE and agency partners. He/She will support change management and communication throughout the organisation and contribute to or lead the development of toolkits.

Your key missions:

- Contribute to the Centre of Excellence roadmap for the implementation of Maestria 2.0 (a data-driven internal tool based on A.I)
- Implement in markets using the tools - sample design, core questionnaire, analytical frameworks etc - developed in pilot markets.
- Ensure smooth implementation via regular project meetings with market and agency and excellent follow-ups, feedback, and timely inputs to agency
- Be the day-to-day contact for strategic agency partners to ensure Pernod Ricard standards on regarding data quality are well met
- Lead the development of business appropriate proof of concepts & pilots to advance global frameworks and data collection or research methodologies
- Point of contact for selected group of affiliates regarding implementation of global frameworks and processes as well as sharing and building best practices and evolving global frameworks
- Create global learnings and cascade via webinars, workshops, etc
- Lead the annual agency partner performance review and recommend ongoing improvements
- Lead the development of tools in collaboration with Market CI teams to communicate insights (eg consumer films, gaming etc) and other elements of the portfolio growth strategy
- Lead the inputs to Company training programmes
- Contribute with the thought leadership, storytelling and visualization of data in the Centre of Excellence
- Be a thought leader in the global consumer and shopper insights community especially in the area of demand sensing and path to purchase and manage the relationship with Brand Companies and Market Companies as well as other transversal teams
- Develop insights capabilities and best practices in demand sensing and path to purchase

- Proven success in converting insights into action plans & winning solutions
- Experience building holistic global learning plans
- Ability to influence a diverse set of stakeholders at senior level
- Experience in spirits, alcohol, or beverages and in a global insights community preferred

**Skills**:

- Strong leadership skills with the ability to engage with and influence the global insights community and others (e.g. strategy team, local market teams, agencies) and advocate for Centre of Excellence insights frameworks and ways of working
- Demonstrate the ability to extract value from information and transform it into sharp and actionable insights to deliver Consumer and Shopper centric solutions
- Capability in facilitating workshops with energy and enthusiasm
- Championing the integration of data sources (Traditional & new digital sources)
- Strong affinity for action and results oriented
- Excellent planning & organization skills and robust project management skills, including fast and wide deployment challenges
- Superior presentation skills to ensure senior stakeholder support and trust as we skills to communicate insights into memorable and persuasive stories to deliver impact
- High level problem solving: analytical + pragmatic
