**Nous recherchons un Area Manager H/F spécialisé dans l'hôtellerie 4/5* **pour le compte d'un groupe hôtelier.**

Pour vous aider lors de vos missions, vous serez en lien avec les équipes de Revenue Management, Commerciale et de Support Technique du groupe.

**Vos atouts**:

- Une première expérience en qualité de Sales/ Account manager / Directeur F&B / Consultant spécialisé en hôtellerie sera un avantage
- Vous êtes un manager bienveillant et savez vous exprimer avec des professionnels de tous milieux.

**Suivis Opérationnel**:

- Implémentations du nouveau concept de coworking développé par le groupe au sein des hôtels en direct mgt ou franchisés
- Formations des équipes opérationnelles

**Animations**:

- Réalisation stricte des contrôles qualité sur les hôtels du portefeuille
- Représentez les hôteliers dont vous gérez le suivi au sein du siège
- Créer une synergie entre les établissements dont vous avez la charge aux travers d'actions commerciales, achat via la centrale du groupe etc..

**Accompagnement**:

- Partage de bonnes pratiques pour la satisfaction de la clientèle et l'augmentation du CA.
