**Responsibilities include (but are not limited to)**:

- Ownership of relationships with dealers in your area, analysing performance in all areas, driving improvement driven by data
- Implement area sales strategies which focus on expanding market presence, increasing sales volume, maximising profitability and exceeding targets
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with dealerships, distributors and clients
- Analyse market trends and competitor activity to identify business expansion opportunities
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve any issues
- Report on sales performance and forecast trends

**What we are looking for**:

- Proven experience in sales, preferably within the automotive industry
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- A results-driven attitude with a passion for exceeding targets
- Willingness to travel within your assigned business area
