**About Pasqal**

PASQAL designs and develops Quantum Processing Units (QPUs) and associated software tools.

In addition to the exceptional computing power they provide, QPUs are highly energy efficient and will contribute to a significant reduction in the carbon footprint of the HPC industry.

As part of our strong growth, we are recruiting a Technical Account Manager to reinforce our team. In this context, your main missions will be:

- Act as the dedicated technical point of contact for the assigned customer
- Collaborate with the customer to identify and design use cases
- Provide technical guidance and support throughout the implementation process
- Conduct regular technical reviews and optimization sessions
- Provide regular training on latest updates on Pasqal’s solutions
- Translate customer needs into actionable technical requirements
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve issues and implement solutions
- Monitor customer satisfaction and identify upsell opportunities for the commercial team

**About you**
- Master degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field
- 5+ years in a technical customer facing role, ideally in large accounts
- Strong understanding of quantum technology. Knowledge in neutral atoms nice to have
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to explain complex technical concepts
- Problem solving skills and proactive approach to customer success
- Basic understanding of sales processes and customer relationship management
