**Join the Climate Vanguard Sweep is hiring a **Machine Learning / AI Engineer** **for our revolutionary carbon management software.**:

**Ok, sounds promising. What will I be doing?**:
As a crucial member of our Engineering team, you will pioneer the development and deployment of machine learning models, architect innovative algorithms, and delve into data analysis to enhance our product's performance. A key project will be suggesting emission factors when importing data into our system.

More specifically, your mission will encompass:

- Developing, optimizing, and deploying machine learning models to amplify product performance.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to design and implement algorithms addressing business challenges.
- Analyzing data to identify patterns and trends that drive product improvements.
- Optimizing and enhancing existing models for increased accuracy and efficiency.
- Partnering with our product management team to create innovative features and solutions.
- Effectively communicating complex technical concepts and ideas to non-technical stakeholders.

**Qualifications**
- Engineer degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in developing and deploying machine learning models
- Strong programming skills in languages such as Python and R
- Proficiency with deep learning frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch
- Experience with Natural Language Processing (NLP) technologies
- Knowledge of cloud computing platforms such as AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure
