As Agicap accelerates its indirect sales model, the Head of Partner Success will play a key role in building and leading the Partner Success function across France and Germany, with potential expansion into Italy. Direct report is Philippe Chéron, group COO.

You will be responsible for:

- Building and managing the Partner Success team (currently 1 FTE in France and 1 in Germany)
- Defining and implementing scalable onboarding and training processes for partners
- Developing partner enablement materials: documentation, playbooks, tracking metrics
- Aligning partner programs with Customer Success Enablement initiatives
- Onboarding new partners, ensuring their certification, training, and ramp-up
- Supporting the transition of partners into autonomous, high-performing integrators of Agicap
- Working closely with Partner Managers and cross-functional teams (Sales, CS, Ops)
- Managing onboarding KPIs: time to onboard, certification rates, churn, expansion rates, NPS
- Reducing time-to-first-deal and improving partner implementation quality

In the mid-term, your goal will be to build a 5-10 person Partner Success team and make partner onboarding and success a growth engine for Agicap.

**What we are looking for**:
- 5-7 years of experience in partner success, customer success, consulting, or similar roles
- Experience leading or mentoring others
- Strong operational skills: ability to structure, prioritize, and execute efficiently
- Excellent communication and client-facing skills (training, PMO, consulting)
- High level of ownership and eagerness to grow
- Ability to coordinate across teams and drive enablement programs
- The role is based either in Lyon or Berlin: native French is required for Lyon, and native German for Berlin.

**Bonus**:
- Experience with resellers, distributors, or system integrators
- Previous experience building onboarding or training processes
- Background in a high-growth company
