We are looking for an **Enzyme Purification Technician** to strengthen the development and the production of DNA Script proprietary enzymes. You will join the enzyme Manufacturing Team composed of 3 people and be in charge of the protein production under the supervision of the Enzyme Manufacturing team leader. You will be responsible of the bi-monthly batch purification of enzymes as well as optimization of the purification process. **Main Responsibilities**: - Responsible of DSP reagents stocks - Perform all DSP steps required for protein purification (cell lysis, clarification, HPLC, concentration, final formulation and aliquoting) - Participate in the process optimization for future industrialization - Validate enzyme batch quality through various internal quality control experiments - Be in charge of equipment maintenance (Homogenizer, HPLC, TFF,) - Analyze results during purification process - Maintain detailed documentation of experiences performed and results - Techniques used: Chromatography, SDS-PAGE, qPCR, activity assays) - Guarantee quality of the results in accordance with laboratory protocols and knowledge of good laboratory practices **Experience**: - Bachelor's Degree in Biochemistry - At least 1 year of experience in laboratory - Experience with Akta systems and UNICORN software - Highly motivated and proactive - Good Biochemistry knowledge - Good organization skills - Capable of working independently and with accuracy - Language: Good level in English **Miscellaneous** - Job located in Kremlin Bicêtre, France - Start date: As soon as possible. - Full time, permanent position (CDI) **Recruitment Process**: - Initial screening with the hiring manager - Day interview at the office (or remote) with the manager, Department Director, HR and the rest of the team - Reference Checks - Timing: 2-3 weeks
