**KYC Senior Specialist (French)
**About the opportunity**

We are currently looking for an experienced KYC Senior Specialist to join our KYC Operations team based in our Paris office in France.

You will be responsible for owning and managing key significant processes within KYC Operations, while investigating more complex cases and ensuring the best user-experience.

In KYC, our goal is to lead and shape the industry by fostering a culture of compliance within N26 that is trusted by authorities, customers, and shareholders. The significance of this role cannot be overstated in achieving our overarching objective

**In this role, you will**:

- Develop proficiency in the processes and tools relevant to your area.
- Collaborate on enhancing processes related to KYC topics, focusing on efficiency and automation.
- Be an expert in the KYC area, with a primary focus on EDD (Enhanced Due Diligence), ODD (Ongoing Due Diligence), PEP (Politically Exposed Person), and Sanctions customer review.
- Safeguard the bank and the department against regulatory and reputational risks.
- Proactively identify and address potential risks or opportunities for improvement and change.
- Efficiently manage day-to-day requests and tickets in alignment with target KPIs.

**What you need to be successful**:

- Prior experience in KYC/anti-financial crime or possess a relevant finance/law degree, minimum 1-2 years prior relevant work experience.
- Familiarity with KYC operations.
- Understanding of project management principles and/or experience with process improvement initiatives.
- A solid grasp of N26 products and services.
