**Global Forwarding Agent - Air**

Primary Location: Paris France

**DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**

**The duties and responsibilities of this position consist of, but are not limited to, the following**:

- Manage international **export** **air freight** operations from purchase order through final delivery
- Resolve air logistics challenges with industry expertise and critical thinking
- Coordinate bookings, customs filings, deliveries, and invoicing according to SOPs
- Collaborate with global teams and third-party agents to ensure smooth air cargo movement
- Build strong relationships by responding promptly to customer needs and tracking resolutions
- Provide precise reporting and documentation to internal and external stakeholders
- Participate in business reviews, offering insights for enhanced air freight service
- Identify and implement process improvements to optimize air freight efficiency

**Required Qualifications**:

- Minimum of 2 years of global forwarding experience, specifically in **air freight logistics**:

- Fluency in French and English for effective international communication

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Skilled in Microsoft Office Suite for daily operational tasks
- Exceptional communication, prioritization, and multi-tasking abilities
- Proven success delivering high-quality customer service and client-focused solutions
- Strong follow-up abilities with both customers and internal networks
- Resourceful in navigating evolving air freight tasks with critical thinking and adaptability
- Meticulous attention to detail across documentation and shipment workflows
- Comfortable in a high-speed, deadline-driven logistics environment
