**Meeting & Event Sales Specialist**
Our Canada Sales Office seeks an experienced sale person to join the Meeting & Event team. If you are a sale person, business focused, at heart in search of sales performance, have previous sales or travel industry experience and enjoy the excitement of creating the perfect vacation experience for our customers, then Club Med has a position for you.
Location: Montreal, Quebec (Teleworking policy in place)

**MISSIONS**
- Lead agent for group package pricing for M&E Club Med Canada.
- Respond to RFPs from Direct and Indirect customers as per CM Canada standards for land and air components.
- Airline group contract management for Canadian groups with air (manage group contracts, payments, attritions, etc.).
- Manage day to day changes modifications for groups, land (NA) and air components.
- Negotiator for air group pricing with airlines and transport department (risk air).
- Work in conjunction w/ Group Manager and alongside RM, transport to assist in the groups marketing strategy.
- Continued benchmark with our competition to ensure that Club Med’s offer is competitive.
- Teamwork with the entire groups department to maximize productivity.
- Management and monitoring of the pipeline on a weekly basis.
- Routine check-ups for internal Club Med benchmark grp pricing, vs. existing contracts -proactivity with clients.

**SKILLS/QUALIFICATIONS**
- Experience in the travel industry
- GDS knowledge, Amadeus knowledge an asset
- SalesForce knowledge
- Strong servicing skills
- Sales experience
- Experience in airline contract management
- MS Office, Excel knowledge a MUST
- Experience in ticketing (GDS, BSP)
- Bilingual French & English (oral & writing)
- NA knowledge an asset
- Ability to work under pressure and with tight deadlines
- Motivated sales individuals
- Entrepreneur mindset
