Your mission will be to: Job description: As Finance project manager, you will have a transversal role to drive reporting and accounting change and focus on process improvement. Your first assignment will consist in managing the change of consolidation & management reporting tool for the Group. The job includes some management of internal or external resources and a few travel abroad. Your main responsibilities are: To lead projects related to finance transformation roadmap To team up with business stakeholders to understand overall project vision, objectives, and requirements, prepare business cases for leadership approval experts To implement the new solutions while ensuring a good level of understanding between business and technical teams To identify and schedule project deliverables, milestones, and required activities and tasks To be responsible for the readiness of the reporting platform prior to any phase in accordance with the central requirements (customizing of reports, KPI, controls, treatments) To contribute to the continuous improvement of the solution Focus on harmonizing financial processes: mapping, identifying areas for improvement Help the FP&A team on data analysis and presentation Level 1 support in case of defects and support the development of simple reporting for business users and be the interface with the IT support to identify, log and test the correction for level 2+ defects User training **YOUR PROFILE** Qualifications: You have between 5 and 10 year's experience in finance project management or a similar role acquired in a consulting firm and/or within a finance department in an international environment. During your past work experiences you developed the following skills: Demonstrated experience of leading a project related to an accounting, consolidation or management reporting tool implementation Strong interpersonal skills, being able to maintain good working relationships with all the stakeholders Enthusiastic collaboration resulting in highly engaged participant Work cross-functionally to share information and knowledge.
