**Key responsibilities**
- The role serves as the primary responsible of the current and future company business systems within the relevant portfolios: Production, Maintenance, Hydrocarbon Allocation, Civil Engineering, Process Engineering, HR, Real Estate, Finance, Legal, C&P, HSSE, Social Performance, Logistics, etc.
- Ensure the integrity, accuracy, and security of the data stored within the enterprise business systems. Ensure that regular data backups and disaster recovery procedures are available and performed by the Infrastructure team.
- Comply and align with legislation, regulations, IT policies and strategy.

**Requirements**:

- Master’s degree & IT Experienced Professional with 10+ years’ experience in IT as well as a broad understanding of Oil and Gas industry.
- Project/Programme management qualifications/skills and proven experience in management of large IT implementation or development projects.
- A broad understanding of IT matters and technologies (Windows, Linux, Oracle, SAP, SharePoint, Oil & Gas specific software, etc.).
- Self-driven, 'can do' attitude, able to articulate in a crisp and precise manner, outgoing personality eager to promote use of IT technologies in the business. Strong communication skills with a proven ability to understand key concepts and communicate effectively with technical staff, business stakeholders and senior management.
- Proven ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical people to enhance understanding and drive to decisions that lead to positive outcomes.
- Strong analytical, data processing and problem-solving skills.
- Proven ability to collaborate, build relationships and influence individuals at all levels of the organization (as well as external vendors and service providers).
- ITIL foundation certification.
- Fluency in French and English is required.
