*** What you’ll be doing...**
You will be responsible for managing, retaining and growing the revenue across the EMEA Inside Sales account base.You will define the overall strategy, priority accounts, revenue risk profiles and transformation plans to ensure that Verizon defends its revenue in this important customer base. Success will ultimately be measured by the revenue of the assigned accounts but will be underpinned by other KPIs including: closing renewals, loss/churn mitigation, revenue write-downs, product transformation campaigns and identifying and closing “up-sell” opportunities.
This role is critical for Verizon EMEA to defend its revenue and drive new growth opportunities from our mid-market customers. Your specific responsibilities will include:
- Defining and executing the strategy to protect and grow Verizon’s revenue across the Inside Sales accounts
- Leading, negotiating and closing renewals with customers ensuring the deals are structured in alignment with Verizon’s revenue objectives
- Understanding the contract expiry status of assigned accounts and building optimal renewal and engagement strategies.
- Identifying “early warning indicators” to mitigate loss/churn risk across the defined customer base
- Working with product management, marketing, solution architects and other cross-functional stakeholder groups to identify priority “up-sell” products to offset any revenue decline.
- Building and executing product transformation plans and campaigns that will enable clients to migrate from legacy to new products.
- Working with partners, CAMs and marketing to ensure a holistic approach to each account leveraging the partner’s relationships, capabilities and Verizon’s products that will drive accretive revenue
- Working with service management to improve the overall customer experience.

You will establish and execute the right strategy to protect and grow revenue. You will bring a knowledge of the competitive environment, customer needs and Verizon’s products, as well as anunderstanding of Verizon’s internal processes and cross-functional groups.
You’ll need to have:
- Bachelor's degree or relevant experience.
- Experience in selling technology based solutions for business customers.
- Experience in working with cross-functional groups.
- Experience of leading and ensuring the closure of sales opportunities.
Even better if you have...
- Previous experience of working within the sales function at Verizon.
- Knowledge of Verizon's internal processes and cross-functional groups.
- The ability to think strategically and creatively to deliver the required results.
- Strong organisational skills.
