**MISSIONS**:
En tant que Responsable du pôle Acquisition, vous aurez pour principales missions:
**Gestion des canaux d'acquisition**:

- Supervision des campagnes sur **SEO**, **SEA**, **réseaux sociaux**, **affiliation** et **partenariats**.
- Coordination avec des prestataires spécialisés (Meta, SEO, Community Management) pour optimiser les performances des campagnes.

**Gestion des prestataires**:

- Négociation et gestion des contrats avec les prestataires externes pour maximiser les résultats tout en respectant le budget.

**Optimisation des campagnes et budget**:

- Élaboration et gestion du budget d'acquisition de 1 à 2 M€ par an, en ligne avec les objectifs de ROI.
- Développement de nouvelles idées créatives pour maximiser l'impact des campagnes, en ligne avec les tendances du marché.

**Analyse et suivi des données**:

- Suivi et analyse des performances via Google Analytics, Looker Studio, Metaet autres outils de BI pour orienter les décisions stratégiques.
- Optimisation des campagnes en fonction des données et KPI pour améliorer continuellement le retour sur investissement.

**Créativité et innovation**:

- Mise en place de stratégies innovantes pour l'acquisition, en intégrant des approches online et offline.
- Développement de nouvelles initiatives pour tester et implémenter des solutions créatives axées sur la performance.

**Collaboration interservices**:

- Travailler en étroite collaboration avec les équipes marketing, produit, et technique pour aligner les stratégies d'acquisition avec les objectifs globaux de l'entreprise.
- **VOTRE PROFIL**:

- Vous avez au moins 6 **ans d’expériences en Acquisition** (E-Commerce)
- Data Driven, vous êtes créatif(ve) sur le **ROI**:

- Vous gérez efficacement les **prestataires** et êtes capable de **développer des stratégies innovantes** tout en maîtrisant les budgets conséquents
- Outils **Google Analytics**, **Looker Studio**, et autres outils de BI pour des analyses **data.**:

- Vous avez la **capacité à travailler en équipe et à collaborer avec plusieurs parties prenantes.**:

- Vous vous adaptez à un **environnement jeune et très agile**:

- **Vous maîtrisez l’anglais**

- **Localisation : déménagement prévu à Marseille en 2026 - possibilité de débuter en full remote**
