Job Description*
We are looking for an I**ndirect Procurement - Category Retail Manager W/M **to**:

- Lead and develop the category management and the strategic sourcing of Store & Facilities goods and services, for the brand Salomon.
- This role will work with key leaders and stakeholders of Amer Sports´ Brand teams to enable spend owners to maximize the value they receive from vendors to meet their objectives and generate sustainable improvements and savings through identifying and implementing process improvements and best practice.

**You will report directly to the Indirect Procurement Category Manager for Salomon.**
**Main activities**:

- Lead the Global Brand procurement strategy of Store design and construction, as well as Facility Management goods and services
- Monitor and analyze the relevant supplier to identify further improvement opportunities and create value for the business.
- Work in close cooperation with senior leaders and stakeholders from respective functions and countries on related procurement projects
- Proactively manages relationships with major external partners
- Leads RFP process from creation, cost analysis, negotiation, contract execution
- Evaluates supplier contracts and determine go-to-market approach for critical Indirect goods & services
- Utilizes business unit cost and spend data to identify procurement opportunities
- Contributes to procurement excellence & development projects that allows you to be an active contributor to the development of our Global Indirect Procurement organization.
- Provides guidance to internal Stakeholders on sourcing and procurement capabilities and processes.
- Accountable for localization and implementation of Global procurement policy and procedures.
- Promote process improvement and implementation of new best practices.
- **This position will be mainly dedicated to the retail category but it's not something limited and some other category can be delegated to our futur Category Manager W/M.**
