The HR team is looking for its future HR Assistant to reinforce its team in the framework of the development of our group.Reporting to the HR department of ICAPE Group's headquarters located in the south of Paris, France, you will work in collaboration with the Group HR Manager in various missions.

**RESPOSIBILITIES**
- Management of personnel administration
- Preparation of employee files
- Entry of pre-employment declarations (DUE)
- Follow-up of social organisations (health insurance, transport tickets, etc.)
- Coordinating payroll activities with external suppliers in France and Europe
- Daily HR management: Record and update employee data in our HRIS tool
- Work on various other transversal HR missions.

We are looking for an English speaking person in order to join our strong and motivated team in an international environment.

**REQUIRMENTS**
- A bachelor degree in HR is required
- At least one year experience in HR is required (including apprentiship and internship)
- Fluency in English is required (written and oral)
- Good adaptability, you know how to be versatile in carrying out different missions
- You will have good interpersonal skills and be a good teacher. You will be rigorous, organised and independent

Salary is based on experience and skills.
