**Qualifications** Votre mission**

Au sein de notre équipe commerciale (B to C), vous êtes en charge d’assurer la bonne préparation du séjour de nos étudiants.
- Suivi administratif / Facturation
- Gestion des appels entrant
- Prise de RDV physique en agence
- Vente de produit additionnel (Extension / assurance )
- Gestion des plaintes
- Suivi client et fidélisation
